By using this website, you, the customer, agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You, the customer, may not use this website and should exit it now if you do not agree with these terms of conditions. Cleandit may make changes to this website, including these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. You, the customer, agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. All payments must be made before the cleaning or immediately after our maids/cleaners finish, before they leave your home. Any late payments will be assessed a $25 fee.
Flat Rate Pricing
We offer flat rate pricing depending on the size of the home, we reserve the right to adjust the price depending on the state or size of your home.
Cleandit offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our work. This includes a free re-clean of the spots that were missed during your initial scheduled cleaning. A claim must be made within 48 hours of service at most; otherwise you forego the opportunity to have a re-clean done and/or a refund to be paid out to you. A claim may also not be made if you were present during the cleaning and approved the work during the walk-around inspection done. A claim may also not be made if hourly service with a time limit was selected and the cleaners did not have enough time to complete the task that they were to perform.
Limits of Service
The safety of our maids/cleaners is important. We do not clean bodily fluids, pet accidents, fleas or pests, etc. due to safety issues that may arise from performing such services.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes for re-scheduling; however, there are certain holidays on which Cleandit will not conduct business: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Cleandit requires 7 days to fix and resolve any and all issues and problems you may have with us before relating negative feedback on any public website. This includes, but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Yelp, etc.
Referrals/Direct Hiring of Maids/Cleaners
We at Cleandit put a great deal of time into recruiting and checking the background and experience of our cleaners. By using our services, you, the customer, agree you will NOT in any way or form either solicit or hire maids/cleaners who are currently or have been employed by us within a 3 year period. If you hire a current or former employee and/or accept side propositions, you will pay our referral fee of $4,000.00. This amount is due in full immediately upon personal employment of the cleaners, regardless of whether you use them for a recurring or one-time service. Please keep in mind that hiring a maid/cleaner independently as an employee can make you, the homeowner, become responsible for any employer/employee withholding taxes.
Moving Heavy Furniture
Due to safety concerns, we at Cleandit will not allow its maids/cleaners to move or lift heavy items or furniture. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances (e.g. stove, fridge) or furniture (e.g. couch), please move them prior to our arrival for your scheduled clean.
