CLEANING SUPPLIES

Will the cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes, our cleaners will bring their own supplies.

If you have any special instructions, please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to comply with your requests.

Do you do Green Cleaning?

Yes we do! We have teams who do and work with Green Cleaning supplies.

Simply request it or tell us in the “Special instructions” box when you are booking.

HOW DO I PAY?

How will I pay?

We accept all major credit card payments.

Payments will have to be made before or after the cleaning finishes.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking or before 5pm, we will not charge any additional fee!

If you give notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours, we will charge a fee of $75.00.

Also, if our maids cannot access your apartment or home at your scheduled appointment due to your, the customer’s, no-show or being locked out, you will be charged a minimum of $109.00.

HOURS OF OPERATION

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.

If you don’t get a confirmation email from us, feel free to Contact us on the same day or next day and we will resolve any problems.

RECURRING SERVICE

Do I have to contact you each time?

After you set up recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you chose.  We will send an email or leave a voice mail reminder  the day before so you will be expecting us.

CLEANING TEAMS

How many people are coming to clean?

We mainly work in teams of two.

Depending on the size of your home, we may work in teams of three.

How long does it take for the cleaning?

Cleaning times take approx. 1.5-2 hrs. for one room. So, please plan accordingly. This may be longer or shorter depending on the state and size of the room.

If you have a large home, we will allot more time, we will make adjustments with your permission for fairness to our maids and to you.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes. We personally pick and interview each and every cleaning team that cleans with us. They are then put through a background checked process to validate their identity.

DAY OF CLEANING

Do I have to be home?

No. Just leave a key for us or leave instructions for us on how to enter, however you feel comfortable. Leave it with the doorman, a neighbor, under the mat, in a newspaper, however you like.

*Tell us where to look for keys, etc. so we know how to enter.

**If you have a security system, please set a separate code for our maids and tell us about this beforehand. Afterwards, delete the security code for your safety.

What if I have pets?

We recommend that you leave your furry friends in a safe place so that they do not bother the cleaners while they are working.

We would hate to have to take longer than you expect of our services and charge you extra because of your furry friends.

When can I expect the cleaners to arrive?

Our cleaners usually arrive at your home within 30 min.’s before or after your booking.

For example, if you booked an appointment at 2:00 pm, our maids may arrive between the times of 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm.

Can you tell us more about your Move In/Out cleaning?

Our move in/out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant.  It’s a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside the fridge, fixtures, all baseboards, etc.  We charge an extra $60 for this and you will find that an additional cost for move/in move/out cleaning is standard across the industry.
